1.strategic workout: Not just working out but being strategic about it. i remember when i wanted to lose some belly fat, i knew i should be working out but somehow i didnt find the time for it. i blame my job and friends,except myself. that wasnt smart!. i later discovered that the secret to working out is to by being strategic about it!.
Make workout a part of your life. the way you plan to eat, visit friends and engage in other activities in your life is the same way you have to inculcate workouts into your schedule.
You have to be strategic about it. for example, in the office, use the stairs few times instead of using the elevator all the time. If your office is not far from where you stay, twice or a week, drive to work using a bicycle. you see what we are doing? yes!. we are being strategic with our weight loss.
what if you travel? well dont let that derail your efforts. take a bus or cab to your meeting or event place, on your way back,stop half way and jog to your hotel room or take a brisk very early in the morning.

2.Add variety: Variety is the spice of life someone said. you dont have to do the same exercise again and again. spice it up. try new exercises every now and then.

The only difference is you will need more discipline working out alone than doing with a group of people with same goal in mind.
while working out, play music. music uplfits the spirit. so nothing stops you from investing in a good musical player and ear plugs if you have none. get your favorite songs playing while you workout.
The best and most motivating discipline you can have in your journey of losing weight and burning unwanted fat is to start your day with a workout!. this is so important it cannot be overstated. wake up earlier if you have to, but by workout out first thing in the morning,you will be energized throughout the day.
If you find it difficult doing this, then you can set an alarm. Your phone alarm is perfect as long as it is loud enough. i suggest you keep your phone abit far from where you hand can reach when it buzzes. this will force you to get up to turn it off….and from there you hit the gym or proceed with your home made workouts!
